15 years of experience . His responsibilities include defining and executing the
company’s long-term strategy focused on growth, profitability, customer leadership
and operational excellence. He has laid the foundation stone of CBS. Through his
vision and passion, he helped build CBS from a start up into one of the well reputed
software Group in India. Driving technology innovations that forever transformed
how people create, process and engage with information. Earlier, he was responsible
for implementing production management and materials management systems at one of
India's leading manufacturing companies. Before Founding CBS he had played some
crucial roles in some renowned companies like ITC,Modi Corp & Haldiram’s.

Parul Agarwal holds a PhD , she has a vast experience over 10 yrs. She is a driving
force in laying the foundation of Cogniscient Business Solutions. As a Director-Corporate
Governance she manages the company's legal interests, including intellectual property
protection, licensing and corporate governance, as well as public policy and anti-piracy
enforcement & at the same time ensures that all the operations run smoothly. She
has a dynamic approach towards the growth of the organization. Her current responsibilities
include defining overall corporate strategy to define and execute strategic initiatives,
both organic and inorganic.

Vice President & Head Delivery Excellence
Rahul Goyal holds an Mtech from IIT Delhi Rahul Goyal is a member of the Board of
Directors of CBS and is responsible for delivery excellence across the company.
He is also a Vice President on the Board of Cogniscient Business Solutions. he was
a Project Manager, Technical Support, for the Indian subsidiary of a leading French
company. Earlier, he was responsible for implementing production management and
materials management systems at one of India's leading public sector heavy engineering
and manufacturing companies. Before becoming the vice president he had worked with
some renowned companies like Infosys & TCS etc.
