HR Executive and HR Manager

Job Description:
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid communication skills
  • Having MBA or equivalent degree.
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Monitor HR department’s budget
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Handling Payroll and reimbursement as per monthly basis.

Walk-In Interview

Minimum 2 - 4 Years Experience as MS SQL Developer.
SQL / DOT Net Developer (Fresher)
Minimum 2 - 5 Year Experience in SAP B1 as Technical Consultant.
Minimum 2 - 6 Years Experience in Software Sales as Business Development Manager.
Minimum 1 Year Experience as ERP Functional Consultant(Finance)
Fresher ERP Technical Consultant.
